Zoho CRM Integration
Zoho CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) system that helps you manage your customers' information. It includes features like lead generation, contact management, and customer service, all in one place.
Follow this instruction to integrate Linckr with Zoho CRM and power up your lead-gen process.
How to set up Linckr with Zoho CRM
Install the app
Go to the chrome store and install Linckr Chrome Extension.
Sign In
On the Linckr sign-in page click on the button "SIGN IN WITH ZOHO CRM".
Click the "Accept" button.
Set-up Linckr for first use
Before start, you need to teach Linckr where are you store LinkedIn profile URLs (example: https://www.linkedin.com/in/williamhgates/).
For the first time, you can do it in the "Welcome" modal. Tune only cards that you are going to use, for example, Lead card.
You can change this choice any time later. Just go to the card you want to adjust, find the right field and click on the "Select" button.
Set-up mappings to Zoho CRM fields
Linckr allows you to control what LinkedIn values will be saved to the Zoho CRM.
Add new mapping
Find in the list Zoho field you want to map and click on the "Add Mapping" button, then choose what LinkedIn value you want to use.
Set default value
For some fields, you can set default values. It's very useful for example for a list.
Possible issues
If something goes wrong
If something goes wrong, first of all, check that your user has enough permissions. Go to "CRM Settings" -> "Security Control".
Select a profile that is related to your user.
Check that you have full access to the next modules: Leads, Contacts, Accounts.
Check that option "Zoho CRM API Access" enabled.
